Classroom Expectations

  • Honor learning.
*Cell phone use is not permitted without explicit permission from the teacher.
*Always allow the person speaking to finish her thoughts. 
*It is always OK to disagree with an idea and give reasons why. 
*It is never OK to be disrespectful toward someone with whom you disagree! 
*No gum chewing....ever. 
*Be IN your seat BEFORE the bell rings or an admit slip from the office will be required.
*Turn assignments in ON TIME. 
   -->Some assignments are required as a "ticket to participate" in class. No "ticket" earns an F for the day in participation and the assignment must be done in the library. Only partial credit will be earned for any late work.
