Where can I find information about our colony?
* Your textbook. * This link to a Review Book. This link to another textbook. (excerpted pages)
NOTE: The pages will be automatically DOWNLOADED when you click the links. Open in Adobe, then rotate pages as necessary...
--> You will have to "dig around" in the review book and the other textbook. Suggestion: each member of the pair first looks in the American Odyssey textbook with the list of needed information at her elbow. Then, one person scans through the Review Book, and the other person scans through the "another textbook." Information for each colony is in SEVERAL places in the Review book!
What about maps or other graphics?
* Professor Google for Images can be helpful. Be sure to choose images from the 1600s or early 1700s
* You can illustrate by hand -- copy images from any of the textbooks.
What about "notable people"?
*Textbooks! You may also be able to find quotes from them in the various textbooks. Quotes should be pithy.
