The "War to end War" was over. Americans found a new era of prosperity amid far-reaching social change, at least in urban areas. The census taken in 1920 revealed that for the first time, more Americans lived in cities than in rural areas.

Week of 2/18-20: On Wednesday: QUIZ on Chapter 12, section 3. For FRIDAY: TEST on Chapter 12. On TUESDAY (2/25): New Unit - V. Economic Crisis and the New Deal - The assignment will be Chapter 13, Section One. Two assignments: *Your Notes, and *The diagram filled out, as shown on page 427, Assessment #1. |
