Remember - Step One is to lay out all the titles/subtitles on binder paper, three to a page. Put your pen down!  Step 2 is to read the Intro. Step 3 is to read a section under a title/subtitle. Step 4 is to close the book!  Step 5 is to "tell the story" you just read to yourself, then to write the story down in the space on your binder paper. Do not 'bullet point.'   Step 6 - Put your pen down! - and read the next section (return to step 3).
